Information we collect
When you sign in, we collect and store:
Account details from Google: your name, email address, profile picture link and Google account ID. We never see your Google password.
App usage statistics: for each app, how long it was on screen each day, how many times it was opened, and an hour-by-hour breakdown for the current day.
Installed apps: the name, package name and version of the apps on your phone, whether you excluded each one from tracking, and when it was last seen or uninstalled. This lets us label your usage and honour your exclusions.
Focus sessions: the preset you chose, the number of cycles, start and end times, time focused, pauses, and whether a session was completed or stopped.
Preferences: your daily screen-time limit, daily focus goal, and when your phone last synced.
Usage and crash reports: (whether you're signed in or not, unless you turn them off): which screens of Antropy you open and the features you use, taps within the app, anonymised screen recordings in which all text and images are hidden, crash and error reports, and basic device details (model, Android version, app version, language, time zone). When you're signed in these are linked to an internal account number, never to your name or email. They never include which other apps you use or how long you use them.
We do not collect what you do inside other apps — no messages, browsing history, keystrokes, screenshots or content. We only know how long an app was in use. App icons are shown from your phone and are never uploaded.
